Electronic tickets, or e-tickets, are offered by many major airlines and allow you to travel without a paper ticket, eliminating the worry of leaving your tickets behind.
An e-ticket confirms your airline ticket purchase without requiring a paper record; the only record of an e-ticket sale is in electronic form in the airline's computer system.
When you buy e-tickets with Laos Paradise Travel, you receive a confirmation of your purchase via email or a copy of electronic ticket receipt by mail.

How do I see Web sites in the Lao language?
If you would like to view Web pages written in the Lao language there are a few simple steps you need to do:
1. Download a font that supports the Lao characters. You can get the dokchampa font here.
2. Install the font on your computer. You can do this by double clicking the font and clicking the "intall" button
3. Alternately, you can install the font by opening the fonts' control panel, start --> control panel --> fonts or start --> settings --> fonts, and copy and past the dokchampa.ttf file into the fonts folder.

Once you have installed the dokchampa.ttf font you will need to configure your browser, Internet Explorer, to recognize Web pages in Lao. To do this you do the following:
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Find the tools menu and internet options, tools --> internet options
When you close the windows and restart the browser you should be able to see Web pages in the Lao language like The Vientiane Mai Newspaper
